So I don't normally exercise reviews, but the manager, Steve deserves serious praise. First off, he was straightforward and honest and made sure I get what I needed. Couldn't ask for anything better on that end. But, I legit merely watched this guy get berated for ten minutes by some lady because "I've been renting hither since whenever, and I've never seen you before, and why is at that place someone new every time I come in". Like, what? I felt and so bad, but Steve was just calm and answering her questions the entire time. Seriously, handled information technology like a pro... Legit impressive. And after all that, he asks her to leave a review ???? like bro, I got you.
